The Honey Pot
The Honey Pot is a truly unique space lovingly restored to create a one bedroom gite with lots of character. Le Pot de Miel is designed for couples, and has a mezzanine floor where the King Size Four Poster bed and bathroom are situated, vaulted ceilings and has been decorated in a sympathetic and contemporary style. Le Pot de Miel is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible – Wi/Fi, TV/DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and stove/oven. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ is also provided for guests to use. For the cooler months we have electric heaters.
We have the ‘all important’ heated swimming pool for guests to use during their holiday. The pool area has sunshine all day long perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The shared pool is open from May to September and because it is heated it stays at the ideal temperature for a swim (weather permitting). Pool towels are available for a nominal charge. There is space for outdoor dining and BBQ-ing.
Our gites and farmhouse are set in over 5 acres of peaceful countryside close to Eymet, Bergerac, Monbazillac, Duras, Miramont-de-Guyenne and Issigeac with easy access to Bordeaux and St. Emilion, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests are welcome to explore the land surrounding the gites, there’s plenty of space to play and we can provide games for outdoor fun.
